Game Changer Plant Filet

This is a very upmarket🌱 #plantbased #veganrestaurant which is out of our price range normally. We splurged on this meal and this dish. It was all delicious though as was everything we ate here and feels like a must visit in the area. My partner didn’t want to come seeing the prices but then was very impressed by all we ate. This #filet 🥩was made from #fermented #soy 🫛and #wheat. It has 36 grams of #protein per serving. There was mashed potato 🥔 with garlic🧄 and rosemary butter 🧈and an arugula 🥗salad on the side. #sarasota #florida #allveganrestaurant #saveveganrestaurants It was very quiet when we visited so I hope they can stay in business. My very non-vegan aunt ordered this plant filet. Apparently, she loves a filet mignon and she really enjoyed this plant based version! She has never eaten plant based items and is not very adventurous so I was so pleased that she truly enjoyed everything. Made of soy and wheat, sea salt and colored with beets, the flavor and texture was far too real for me, so I wouldn't order it, but it did taste good. I highly recommend Ka Papa in Sarasota but definitely be prepared to spend some $$, since everything is house made with high quality ingredients. It's also in an upscale, touristy area so reservations are definitely suggested.
