Galette

A galette is a savoury crepe made using buckwheat flour. La Rosette at the OZC market makes authentic crepes and galettes with a range of fillings, both sweet and savoury. My favourite is their homemade nutella with banana. So much better than normal nutella (which isn’t vegan anyway) as it’s not too sweet and contains loads of hazelnuts 😍 The owner is French from Brittany (where they are famous for buckwheat).
