Clay pot rice is always fun to eat even though it's not very good for
you - essentially just some rice and a few toppings in a very hot pot, served with soy sauce. Usually clay pots burn some of the rice so there's some crispy (but carcinogenic lol) rice at the bottom. This pot wasn't hot enough to do that but it was still good and we found the preserved vegetable topping flavorful enough without needing the soy sauce.
