Fried mushrooms pepper rice

The pepper rice was very flavourful and not overpowering. Paired with crispy and savoury fried mushrooms, this dish deserves a try! Its consistency is akin to fried sotong (a little chewy but not rubbery!) and tasted a bit like omni fried chicken.The black pepper might be on the spicier side but it’s a lot less intense than sambal or chilli in general :’) Very crunchy and tasty celery and capsicum though I wish there were more :p Overall, it’s very filling for a $5.50 dish :’) Would definitely reuse more disposables / invest in BYO next time!
