Fried Gouda and Caramelised Pineapple Burger with Coleslaw

Everything in this restaurant is vegan so don’t get thrown off by the ‘Gouda’ as it’s also vegan! I love the presentation of this dish with the black charcoal bun. The fries were really great and I love the addition of the coleslaw and pineapple inside the burger to add sweetness. I was a bit thrown off by the patty because it was just a layer of fried cheese. I would have preferred if there was a veggie patty inside too and less of the fried cheese. #hongkong #veganrestaurant #burger
