Fried Chick’n Bao

It’s made of “buttermilk” fried chick’n, gochujang, ginger, sesame oil, dark soy, pickled red onions, scallions, toasted sesame. I doesn’t taste like chicken, but its delicious, crunchy and soft at the same time.
