Fried Chicken Cutlet Rice

Certainly a substantial serving of dishes and rice. Apart from it being only 1 main colour (I am missing some greens, some red, some orange here :)), I did actually enjoy this one! The dish offers a good mix of textures from the crunchy cutlet batter and fried tofu skin and the bouncy stewed tofu and peanuts. The ‘chicken’ in the cutlet was tender and not the normal mock meat / soy skin meats, but this is also not advertised as one of their Omnimeat dishes. Would order this again and continue to add my own greens to this. #veganisnotscary
