Fried Cauliflower

It was very interesting to realize that #fatprince was one of the first few restaurants at which dishes were reviewed on @abillion10 almost 5 years ago to the day. So very apt for a great team lunch with @vikas @davnil @omnionajourney welcoming @laurakantor22 to the team. Coming to the dish itself, the cauliflower was fried just right, and came with an amazing hot sauce. Lots of great things to come on abillion!!!

Who said cauliflower was boring?! Actually me.. yes, I used to until trying this dish. Beautifully cooked, lovely combination with the sauce, onion and little pieces of pomegranate. I inhaled this bad boy in about 5 minutes. A must try! 100% vegan.

Don’t think fried or baked(?) cauliflower could ever taste bad! Wish the portion is a little bit bigger tho since the bread has been removed from the set because it’s not vegan😶 #abillionlunch

Love the fried cauliflower! It’s always so delicious and I love that it’s just fried but not battered. This makes it crispy around the edges but soft and succulent too 🤤 and seasoned with a bunch of delicious herbs & spices! #fatprince
