Fresh Spring Rolls

Good spring rolls. I wish there was more tofu inside but overall good rolls.

I was a little confused by the pickle in it but honestly it made the whole dish!

had lots of (slightly dry) noodles inside, would have preferred more veggies instead. dipping sauce was ok but quite bland
