Fresh sashimi

A completely original dish! My friend went back 3 different times for this on our trip. If you like traditional sashimi you will probably be enamored did by this. I really liked the taste, but the texture was a little strange for me. That's just the nature of what they are trying to do with this dish however. Overall it was really fun to try because it's so different. Makes for a great Instagram post as well. I got a lot of interaction on my social media over this post!
