French Onion Mac and Cheese

One of the best macncheese I’ve ever had !!! Onion soup taste with the caramelized onions and sauce, cheezy and creamy omggg it was SOOOO good !!! 🤤 #veganmacncheese

Think a combo betweeen French onion soup and Mac and cheese, pure decadence 🤤. This was absolutely delicious. So creamy, the cheesiness tasted a lot like Gruyère, and it was packed with slow cooked onions and breadcrumbs for crunch. Really good stuff.
