French Fries

This was some of the best french fries I have had in Singapore. And my family agreed wholeheartedly. The texture and taste was both fantastic as was the exquisite balance of truffles (shaved) and salt. Though a little pricey, it was a decent portion and we just had to have seconds returning for a second portion within our meal. Also love the fact that they also hire folks with special needs- autism and other learning disabilities too. Was also told the goal was to ultimately train and turn over management to those special need individuals.

These are standard French fries with standard tomato sauce.
