One of Flower Child's many, clearly marked and already vegan, entrees. This place knows how
to source really great produce and treat it with respect.
Side dishes don't always sound like the most exciting vegan option on the menu but the choose three sides option at Flower Child actually serves up some amazing stuff.
The Yuzu Brussels Sprouts are tangy and packed with umami richness. The heirloom tomato and watermelon salad is fresh and herby with balsamic, mint and basil. And the Charred Asparagus Slaw is a cool and savory showcase for some perfectly al dente asparagus and snap peas. All highly recommended.
