Firecracker Tofu

This dish is crispy tofu tossed in a sweet and spicy firecracker sauce and topped with scallions. It is sooo good! To me it is the right balance of sweet and spicy. I also added broccoli and mushrooms to it since the only other veggie was scallions. The only thing I would say is that I feel like the protein and veggie to rice ratio is off. I feel as if they go light on the protein and veggies. Even my parents who got actual meat have basically just rice leftovers. Overall though I would get it again.
