Filled croissant with wrong egg

This was an amazing salted croissant 🥐 filled with a vegan alternative to egg 🍳 and plant based bacon 🥓 A lovely treat for a Sunday brunch after a walk in the snow! The croissant had an incredible texture and was very “buttery”. One of the best salted croissants I’ve tried so far. The price was around 9 chf.
