Fettuccine Salsiccia

My family had a late birthday celebration at an Italian restaurant in Richmond Hill (Il Fornello) that had assembled a decent vegan menu. The main courses were limited to pizza and pasta, with about 5 choices for each. This is much more than most non-vegan restaurants do! 😊 A couple of us ordered this Fettuccine Salsiccia (Italian for ‘sausage’). Absolutely delicious!! The second photo lists the ingredients. My only complaint was the pool of grease at the bottom of the bowl, from the sausage; but not the taste. It definitely tasted Italian!
