Falafel Bolognaise With Chips

This was an unusual dish, with combinations that you wouldn’t usually see on a menu; they actually went really well together! I was excited to try the #falafel #bolognese, which was delicious and piping hot (it seemed to be made from chickpeas and other ingredients in falafel, rather than a meat substitute). It also came with their homemade #hummus and red cabbage, and a side of homemade chips (you could also get gnocchi).
