Falafel Basmati Rice Bowl

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of my favorite meals recently, this falafel bowl with basmati rice and salad hits the spot every time! The rice is perfect, soft and tender with just the rich amount of bite (if you’re into basmati rice you’ll know what I mean - I think this place does rice better than any other spot in Singapore 🇸🇬) and the falafel is insanely good - crunchy, crumbly, savory, light and slightly spicy. Served in a bowl with fresh tomatoes, cucumber, pickles, olives, jalapeños, chickpeas and kidney beans. Best part, their amazing homemade green hot sauce. I still can’t figure out all the things they put inside this stuff, but it’s absolutely delicious with their falafel and rice. Go vegan!
