Seitan Pepperoni and Olive Flatbread

This flatbread was pretty good. The Pepperoni is really flavorful and the vegan mozzerella

is a nice touch. I do wish the crust was crispier, it was a bit soggy. Eve has an amazing menu, there were so many items that I wish I could have tried.
