Lovely #seitan #stew served with #sweetpotato #puree. This dish was so hearty! Huge chunks of tender seitan stewed in a thick broth along with #redpepper, #carrot, #zucchini, #cherrytomatoes and #onion. The sweet potatoes were a nice compliment to the savory stew, and this plate is more than filling!! Priced at 15€.
