Loved the Empanadas here! This baked empanada filled with soy crumble, onion, mushroom, “egg,” olives, and raisins (vegan, nut free). Each empanada comes with a salsa. This one was filled with mozzarella, onion, chive, and sundried tomatoes (nut free, soy free, sugar free). Enjoyed with Ají Verde Salsa: green chile peppers, cilantro, tofu, lime, olive oil. It was delicious.
