Egyptian Eggplant Pita

HOLYYY CRAP this was so good!!! I am so happy to have found a vegan Egyptian place!! Sauce was sooo good, beautifully spiced eggplant, and lots of delicious toppings. If this was twice the size I would probably eat all of it.
