Eggplant & Mixed Vegetable

The #eggplant 🍆 & mixed #vegetables 🌱 is the only other #vegan option at Ammata Thai Kitchen, which is unfortunate because their other #plantbased dishes were really #tasty. 💚😋 Maybe in the future I can ask for accommodations such as removing the egg in the Pad Woon Sen? Either way, this one didn’t disappoint. 👍 There was #mushroom 🍄, #carrot 🥕, #broccoli 🥦, #bellpepper 🫑, #chilli 🌶️, #basil 🌿, #stringbean, and #friedtofu—a #veganrainbow~ 🌈 They also give you a few different options for #rice 🍚, such as jasmine, sticky rice, and #brownrice 🌾, of which I opted for the latter. This amounts to a cost of around $18.00 for two servings, which is not too expensive.
