i didn’t love this at first bite, but now that i think about it more, i really miss it! i was first umm SCARED bc of the sauce (i have an aversion towards certain sauces…), but it helped me kinda step out of my comfort zone in those regards i expected this to be similar to a dim sum shrimp dumpling with a thinner wrapper, but the outside was pretty chewy and udon like and it was really nice paired with the pho + the filling is yummy van hanh is such a great restaurant i really hope i can go again in the near future!! :)
These consisted of mashed mung beans, onion, daikon, and a sweet and sour chili sauce. They were delightful. Traditionally filled with a mixture of mashed mung beans and ground pork, this vegan version had all the protein and savory flavor you could ask for. #saveveganrestaurants #abillionturns3
