Dumpling Ramen

Request for eggless ramen noodles. The noodles were quite tasty and smooth, a little soft but too mushy so it was okay. Sauce was on the sweeter side. Love that they served with shredded cucumbers and coriander leaves. Dumplings were quite tasty with black fungus, veggies ans tofu bits in them. $8.50 per bowl.

Oh i think i just found a new favourite spot in this part of town. They’ve recently opened n i noticed them as i was walking. This #ramen was absolutely delicious. Perfectly balanced flavour n a nice harmonious mix of sweet, tangy,salty, flavourful. They used U-mian in this. The #dumplings were filled with fillings of #tofu #mushroom #blackfungus #carrots #turnip . The home made chilli oil was the real star. So so good that i asked if they sell it,but they said no. I hope they do.
