Drunken Noodles

These drunken noodles are pretty good, but very oily, so it’s difficult to eat too many at once. I ordered drunken noodles with tofu and vegetables, no fish sauces. The restaurant is great with vegan substitutions and usually if you order something with tofu they ask about other non-vegan ingredients and allergens. This dish was absolutely massive! We weighed it out of pure curiosity and it was 3 lbs of noodles, veggies, and tofu, such a great price and will last quite some time. It’s got a decent amount of spice as is, but I always like to add more chili flakes to taste. #veganin2020 26/30
