Drunken Noodles

Kati Thai is entirely vegetarian (I believe some of their dishes have the option for egg). Most of their entrees come with the choice of either soft tofu, fried tofu, or tempeh! Their Drunken Noodles are proper wide rice noodles with yellow onions, green onions, Thai basil 🌿, red & green bell peppers, tomatoes, carrots, shiitake mushrooms and, my favorite, baby corns! All of this goodness is tossed in their house garlic soy sauce. This consisted of stir-fried wide rice noodles with baby corn, yellow and green onions, red and green bell peppers, tomatoes, carrots, shitake mushrooms, and Thai basil in house garlic sauce. I liked the variety of colorful veggies. It was very tasty.
