Doce da casa

This dessert is a vegan version of the commonly named "Doce da casa" (specialty of the house dessert). It has a twist, for the presentation is slightly different than the original thing. For ingredients, I found it quite dense for a 1-serving dessert (I shared it with my wife and I think that I ate just the right amount) It has a soft layer of vegan cream on top, with some cocoa powder, beneath it there's a layer of vegan condensed milk, and in between these layers and at the bottom there are some biscuits. I enjoyed eating through the layers all together, but my favourite part was the condensed milk one with the biscuits. 😋 The staff are really helpful and friendly. The restaurant is very cosy and beautifully-decorated! I truly recommend this place! Don't miss it, next time you're in Lisbon.
