maybe i’m just not a buffalo mac fan and i didn’t know, but this was
not a good dish and i would not order it again. the noodles weren’t cheesy enough, the sauces were pretty lackluster, and i found that i really did not like the buffalo sauce. i’m not sure if it was too vinegar-y or what, but i genuinely could not eat a lot of this. the ranch was just fine, but the ranch from dharma’s just isn’t very good to me because i’ve had so many amazing vegan ranches in my life that i make judgements when i find one that isn’t that great.
i am not sure if i’m just a hater, just picky with my buffalo sauce, or if this is actually kind of bad because somebody else in my group liked it a lot more but personally i would not recommend this dish unless you’re really into buffalo sauce or buffalo mac specifically (not just spicy food bc i looove my spice!) and aren’t picky about the vinegar content of the sauce.
