Dessert Crema allo zafferano e pere

This was the dessert with the 5-course menu that my sister picked and of course I had to try it too 😋 It was a saffron cream with pear and a chocolate granola. Something simple yet very original. The taste was not overly sweet and the saffron gave it a sophisticated touch. The restaurant is run by a local Cultural Association. You can choice between a 3 or 5 courses menu which change according to the chef’s inspiration. You can anyway choose between a good selection of desserts. By the way, the right address is Via Sostegno 80, Brescia. A perfect mousse with a slight scent of saffron.
