Deep Fried Tofu W/ Lemon Grass & Chili

this is such a simple concept. not to discourage one to make this at home, but it is a satisfying as an appearance at the buffet. it would potentially work on being a tad softer, but overall, good, flavourful.

simple, classic and always good. just with a side of fried rice or something
