Deep-fried Soft Silken Tofu

This dish embodies the concept of “fried to perfection”. It’s a deep fried silken tofu served with a special soup to dip it. The texture was unbelievable. This dish was so savory! I still dream about this! 10/10 would definitely recommend. Please if you go to Tokyo make sure to pay a visit to this restaurant, it has some of the most delicious tofu dishes I had haver tried and a lot of vegan friendly options.
