This was nice, I particularly liked the topping of carrot, crispy onion which I’ve never had with this dish served elsewhere! The seasoning was nice but not as nice as some other places (tofu vegan I’m dreaming of yours…🤤)
This tofu was a softer variety (almost silken) which was a nice change but might be a bad thing for some
