
I love the texture of this noodle! The sauce is not too starchy, and was flavoured well. Even though they call it Sichuan noodle, the spice and sourness isn’t too strong. The minced meat in the sauce gave it a nice texture! The only downside it’s not exactly the healthiest dish, as the ingredients paired are either processed or fried. Still super delicious though!
Haven’t been to this restaurant at least a year, the place has renovated but menu about the same, still 👍🏻
Good if you're hungry and looking for a quick and filling meal. Small peeve is, the gravy is a tad bit salty. I also would reconsider the lack of balance between carbohydrates, and vege. But hey, it is a ramen... so... I got what I asked for!
Broth was ok to me but the noodles are really nice, like chewy/elastic? - just what you‘d expect ramen noodles to be like. The zai er bits were also nice and crispy
