Dan Dan Noodle (担担面)

(forgot to take a mixed pic) this restaurant was very nice and accommodating regarding omitting meat out of certain dishes which is always appreciated went here for my mom’s birthday, ordered a lot lmao, and was not disappointed with any dish (can’t wait to return!) the texture of these noodles aren’t anything to die for, but i think this sauce was very tasty and flavorful, 6/10 spice, and although it isn’t something that i absolutely crave constantly, i did finish a pretty decent amount of it and was satisfied with my experience :)
