This is the most festive and beautiful holiday croissant! Happy Little Treats has the BEST croissants, and this "wreath" is no different. It was buttery and flakey and adorned with a few little sweet icing holly dollops. I loved the braided design. I shared this with my dad this afternoon, and he said it was fantastic. It did have a little bit of green food coloring, which always freaks me out a bit, but it was beautiful and delicious.
