Crispy Rice ‘Green Dynamite’

🇫🇷 A French fine dining take on 🍣sushi. The chef 👨‍🍳and owner, Alexis Gauthier, was in the open kitchen preparing the food. This was very inventive and original if not a bit difficult to get all in your mouth in one go. It was spicy tofu 🦀crab, 🥑guacamole, battered crispy 🍚rice, sriracha, and 🌶️jalapeño. Spicy Tofu Crab, Guacamole, Battered Crispy Rice, Sriracha, Jalapeño The battered crispy rice was perfectly cooked and the texture contrasted nicely with the tofu crab and guacamole. Big pieces of sushi too - so good value given the quality.
