Crispy Pancake

Very crispy pancake, this Banh Xèo is a savoury fried thin turmeric wheat/ rice pancake wrapped with tofu, beansprout onion, mung bean and mushrooms. Comes with lettuce and fresh herbs & sweet n sour sauce. We liked it, the filling is really yummy.
