crispy lemon srhimpz vegan roll (gambero vegano)

Mamma mia, che buono! La consistenza è quasi perfetta, il sapore è delicato e ha un lieve sentore di limone. Sopra ci sono dei filini di patate fritti croccanti.

Spazialeeeee, sembra davvero gambero fritto. Buonissimo, si sente il sapore del limone e delle salse. Amato!

I used to love this place but to be honest now I realize it’s just overrated. It’s great that they have such a wide choice of vegan sushi but it’s still an omnivore restaurant and many people just come here to eat cheap sushi (not caring too much about quality nor ethics). It’s always super crowded and filled with the loudest possible people, waiting times during the weekend are extremely long: all of these things keep making my visits less and less pleasant every time I come back. But let’s come to this roll, a new dish recently added to the menu. It’s filled with a fried vegan shrimp and not much else. The shrimp substitute itself is slightly saccharine and the sauce with which is served is really sweet, which makes the whole dish too sugary. The price was 10€. Credo sia il piatto che mi è piaciuto di più tra tutti quelli assaggiati (tantissimi, perché eravamo in tanti e abbiamo condiviso tutto!). All'interno c'è un gambero vegano in tempura, di per sé il sapore del gambero è delicato ma la spruzzata di succo di limone è l'aggiunta che dà il sapore di vero pesce fritto. Costo 10 euro.
