Ok, So this restaurant is a "create you own" kind of restaurant. They give you a big metal bowl and you fill it with all the fixings you want from rice to veggies to tofu (and meat if you are not veg) top it with a sauce of your choice and They then throw it on a huge flat top grill and cook it to perfection. If you tell them you are vegan they will clean the grill & use veg only utensils (you also get a little discount as well ;) ) Every time I am around a Mongloie grill I HAVE to go. It is a must eat every time we visit Whistler. Oh, also, the portion sizes are insane haha.
