Crab Cake Sandwich

The crab cakes at the Butcher's Daughter are made from jackfruit, sweet potato, and quinoa. I didn't get much jackfruit, so the texture was more like a traditional veggie burger rather than a crab cake. It's topped with creole slaw, sweet-hot pickle, and remoulade. The flavor felt really one-note. I wish there was a wider range of flavors and textures. The sweet potato wedges were huge and a nice side.
