I had never had a cannoli before trying one at Coven over the summer. I
had been craving it again recently so I went last week. I wish they were bigger, especially when I see it next to my partner's cinnamon bun haha. The pastry is crisp - hard enough to keep the cheesy goo inside but not so hard that you worry about breaking a tooth. The filling is creamy but light tasting with a hint of lemon. I was a schnickers square die-hard before I tried this but now I'm a cannoli lover!
