Cofu Omakase

My friend ordered the Cofu Omakase, and we shared both plates. It was so fun to be able to try a little bit of everything! This selection of flavours was not as good in my opinion, but just my personal tastes! This one included: salmon, eggplant, bell pepper, and pumpkin pressed sushi. Out of this selection the pumpkin was my favourite! It was nice to have a sweeter option mixed in with the savouries. I don’t think I would personally order this plate again, but it was fun to try. #vegansushi #sushi #veganisnotscary
