This consisted of crispy bánh hỏi noodles (fine rice noodles woven into rectangular pads) that softened to a satisfying chewiness in the deeply flavorful garlic gravy sauce and sesame oil. Served with Chinese broccoli (also known as Chinese kale), broccoli 🥦, carrots 🥕, cauliflower, and shiitake and other mushrooms 🍄‍🟫.
