Chopped Salad

The presentation looks much better when pre-mixed at the restaurant, but with some simple adding and tossing, this comes out (almost) like the same thing. I was a bit confused by the ramekin with vegan butter in it? But I used it for sprucing up the pizza crust. This is a salad, but with garbanzo beans, pepperoni, and whole green olives, it’s more fun and filling.
