Chole Bhature

The restaurant itself is quite expensive. The dish was flavourful though!

The bhatures were, as the former president of the US liked to say, huuuuuuuugeeeee (tissue for size reference) 😁 Crispy and really yum. The vegan flavors are masala, khasturi methi and plain. Would recommend the methi and plain flavors! The dish comes with two bhatures (the inflated breads) Pro tip 📝 eat as soon as the dish arrives for best experience Chole tasted kinda odd. I believe they put a bit of sugar in it and it wasn’t really spicy. That’s not to say it didn’t taste good...but just not what I expected 😂
