this was too sweet and unhealthy so i wouldn’t try it again but the texture of the pancakes were fluffy and soft. it was a little pricey but somewhat worth the money because of the aesthetics and ingredients. the waiter said this dessert was vegan so i didn’t have to ask this to be veganized.
