Chocolate, Coconut, Oat + Sea Salt Cookie With 100% House-milled Red Fife

We came hoping for cinnamon buns, but didn’t arrive until noon and they were sold out of pretty much everything (now we know for next time at least). The cookie was alright, but disappointing that many non-vegans (I suspect) cleared out this vegan joint. 🙄
