I want to live in this diner. I want to eat here every day. This is how good it is, seriously! The menu has so many amazing options, everything can be made vegan and all desserts are vegan by default. The seitan is perfect texture and nice and crispy. The waffle is fantastic and tastes nostalgic for me. The gravy was yummy but we didn’t need it on this dish so we didn’t add it on top. If I had some mashed potatoes it would have been perfect for that. This was a perfect meal for brunch. Love this diner! So cute and retro. The menu is massive and can all be made vegan

A bit too much for me. Inside the waffle there's pasta 😅

Not a fan, to be honest. The chick’n was too dense and not well seasoned. And it was all covered in powdered sugar. I wanted to try something typically weird from the US, but I regretted it in the end.
