Chick'n Parmigiana

This is this item's #firstproductreview My mother in law got me a $50 gift certificate to the Vegan Pantry 4 years ago! I FINALLY used it this last summer and I was able to get 3 things....gosh that place was expensive! It is worth it though, as they make everything in-house and it is very creative. I got this #vegan #chickun parm and I finally made it tonight. 2 of these come in a package, but I just baked one of them. I ended up only eating half. It was sooo filling! I ate the half in an olive bun and a side of ceasar salad (homemade dressing...yum lol). I am full! I will eat the other half for the exact same meal for tomorrow night. Yummm. I believe it was around $16 or $18, but it will last me 4 meals and it is nice having meals ready to go that are healthy.
